• Cisco VPN Client Behind ASA 5505

  I'm trying to get connected to another ASA via Cisco VPN Client. I am behind an ASA 5505 myself and I am tryihng to VPN to a 5510. I get the message: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. I can connect to the other ASA if I use a normal cheap Linksys. • jQuery: how to produce a ProgressBar from given markup

  So I'm using the ProgressBar JQuery plugin (http://t.wits.sg/misc/jQueryProgressBar/demo.php) to create some static progress bars. What I want to achieve is to from this markup: <span class="progress-bar">10 / 100</span> produce a progress bar with maximum value of 100 and current value of 10. I am using html() method to get the contents of the span and then split() to get the two numbers: $(document).ready(function() { $(".progress-bar").progressBar($(this).html().split(' / ')[0], { max: $(this).html().split(' / ')[1], textFormat: 'fraction' }); }); That doesn't work, any suggestions? I'm pretty sure the problem is with $(this).html().split(' / ')[0] and $(this).html().split(' / ')[1], is that a correct syntax?

  After accessing my web app using: - Python 2.7 - the Bottle micro framework v. 0.10.6 - Apache 2.2.22 - mod_wsgi - on Ubuntu Server 12.04 64bit; I'm receiving this error after several hours: OperationalError: (2006, 'MySQL server has gone away') I'm using MySQL - the native one included in Python. It usually happens when I don't access the server. I've tried closing all the connections, which I do, using this: cursor.close() db.close() where db is the standard MySQLdb.Connection() call. The my.cnf file looks something like this: key_buffer = 16M max_allowed_packet = 128M thread_stack = 192K thread_cache_size = 8 # This replaces the startup script and checks MyISAM tables if needed # the first time they are touched myisam-recover = BACKUP #max_connections = 100 #table_cache = 64 #thread_concurrency = 10 It is the default configuration file except max_allowed_packet is 128M instead of 16M. The queries to the database are quite simple, at most they retrieve approximately 100 records. Can anyone help me fix this?   Hello, I have been using ANTLR to generate a parser + tree grammar for a mark up language with Java target which works fine. Now I am trying to get the target in JavaScript to use it in my web browser. However, I have not been able to locate any good documentation on how to go about doing this. I am using eclipse with ANTLR IDE, and when i specify the language as JavaScript, I get the following errors. So when working with the USB device the octopus.py is the library to work with! • Is it possible to filter by conditions before paginating?

  I'm using ruby on rails 2.3.8 and will_paginate plugin. I've just noticed that if I write something like this: Announcement.paginate :page => params[:page], :per_page => 10, :conditions => some_condition it will work. But, if I write something like this: announcements = Announcement.all :conditions => some_condition @ann = announcements.paginate :page => params[:page], :per_page => 10 it won't recognize conditions. Maybe you're wondering "why would he want to do that?", well, it's a long story and I really need to first filter the conditions and then paginate the results.

I'm wondering how do i design the best user interface that the user can localize data for various languages? for instance, in making a page which its title is different in every lang, do i put a textbox for every one? it's not a suitable way to do(in case of 10 lang, the user has 10 textbox!!! too silly) what is your idea about this? • 32-bit oracle 10g client to 64-bit oracle 10g server

  Due to a 3rd party application's requirement, I may be forced to use 32-bit client of Oracle 10gR2 on the application server to connect to a 64-bit DB server oracle 10gR2 (10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit;another box). The OS is SUSE Linux ver 10. Platform is x86. There are no problems connecting to 64-bit DB server via 32-bit client. I have tested this. Does this result in performance degradation? Does Oracle or anyone else has any recommendations about this kind of scenario? Searched the net without much gain. Please help. Thanks.

  I need to display multiple forms (up to 10) of a model on a page. This is the code I use for to accomplish this. TheFormSet = formset_factory(SomeForm, extra=10) ... formset = TheFormSet(prefix='party') return render_to_response('template.html', { 'formset' : formset, }) The problem is, that it seems to me that Django queries the database for each of the forms in the formset, even though the data displayed in them is the same. Is this the way Formsets work or am I doing something wrong? Is there a way around it inside django or would I have to use JavaScript for a workaround?

So, the final output should be : DetailDollars node1 100 /node1 node2 25 /node2 node3 10 /node3 node4 4 /node4 DetailDollars I wrote a custom converter and registered to my xstream object. public void marshal(..){ writer.startNode("node4"); writer.setValue(getNode1()/ getnode2() ); writer.endNode(); } But, the xml stream I get has only the new node: DetailDollars node4 4 /node4 /DetailDollars I am not sure which xstream api would get me the desired format. could you please help me with this .
